The Preferred Business Directory is a membership guide used to promote the membership through business to business and business to consumer advertising. Members receive three listings for free.

Relocation Packets - Investment: $75
With many people choosing Hendersonville as the place to call home, the Chamber relocation guides are a great way to get in their door first. Member provides Chamber with 100 flyers to be placed in guides.

Hendersonville Map - Partnership with Target Marketing
The map of the City of Hendersonville is used by current and potential residents. The map, produced every two years, is the most up-to-date map of the growing city.

Members Making News - Weekly E-newsletter - Investment: Free
Members Making News is included in the weekly e-newsletter and is an opportunity for members to submit a story about their business. The e-newsletter is emailed to over 900 email addresses, posted on the home page of the Chamber website for one week and posted to Twitter and Facebook.

Circle of Excellence - Investment: $6,000-$10,000
The Circle of Excellence sponsorship and advertising program provides a comprehensive marketing plan through a bundled package representing all Chamber events throughout the year. In addition to offering exceptional opportunities to showcase businesses within the membership, the Chamber provides an economic way for members to gain outside advertising visibility.

Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening Ceremony - Investment: $50
A ribbon cutting ceremony is an important part of your overall marketing and advertising and is a great way to kick off the grand opening of a business or celebrate a milestone within that business. Includes visibility in local papers and on Chamber Facebook and Twitter pages.

Luncheon Presenting Sponsor and Display Table Sponsors - Investment: $50-500
Presenting sponsors are allowed to set-up a display table, provide collateral at tables, receive one mass email and five minutes at the podium. Display tables are set up in an expo-style display to promote a member business and receive 30 second announcement at the podium.

Mass Emails - Investment: $100
Looking to reach Chamber members in a unique way? The Chamber mass emails are a one-time advertisement sent from the Chamber to the over 900 email addresses. The member provides all materials for the advertisement. Mass emails are booked two weeks in advance, reservations are required.

Coffee & Conversation - Investment: $200
Coffee & Conversation is a quarterly breakfast which allows members access to elected officials representing local, county, state and even national offices. Sponsorships of these events gain visibility to a targeted group.

Online Directory Advertising - Investment: $120-600 per year
Enhance your online directory listing on the Chamber website by customizing with your logo, contact email, pictures and video. This enhancement will provide you with greater SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and places you above the competition.

Chamber Lobby Display - Partnership with AdVenue
This advertising opportunity gives your business visibility within the Chamber on the brochure display case perimeter. Sold every year, this is a great way to reach customers visiting the Chamber office.
